Bird Stories

It is easy to anthropomorphize birds. I see attitudes and behaviors as a observe these feathered creatures and interpret what I observe through the lens of my own humanity. This isn't right or wrong, but simply an observation about myself. That said, it is fun to watch birds and notice myself imagining their feelings. I also acknowledge that what they think and feel inside is surely much more birdcentric than I can imagine.
Here are some recent pictures that have led me to imagine bird stories: The Stage and the Audience (Featuring Mr. and Mrs. Cardinal, the Black-Eyed Junco and a White Throated Sparrow); Taking a Bath (Featuring a young Red-Tailed Hawk); Romance in the Air (Featuring Mr. and Mrs. Pigeon)
